Warning Regarding the DLC Installation Process on Xbox

We have confirmed that the game will crash if you download the DLC from the Microsoft Store and try to install it after entering Shutdown (energy saving) or Sleep mode.
When installing DLC for SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, please follow the troubleshooting methods below and avoid putting the console into Shutdown (energy saving) or Sleep mode.

Troubleshooting

• Do not run the game when installing the DLC from the Microsoft Store.
• If you install the DLC while the game is running, please do not push the power button.
